To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at londonsloop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please make sure you take Packaging external and Internal Photos along with product damage in case of damage.
We will provide you with a return shipping label, please comply with shipping courier standard Packaging instructions and make sure the Product is packed well with sufficient packaging material to pass it through the normal shipping operations.
Once we receive the product and verify that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-14 Working days.
Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping charges and that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain products, such as earrings and swimwear, unless they are defective.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 24-48 hours of receipt of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve the issue quickly.
